Java Installation
- To download the latest version of Java, go to Java.com.
- On Java's homepage you should see a big red button that says “Java Download”. Click the big red button.
- This should take you to a page that says “Download Java for Windows” at the top and at the bottom you should see another big red button that says “Agree and Start Free Download”. Again, click the big red button.
- Clicking the big red button should start the download for the .exe file. Once it is downloaded, double click on it and you will be prompted to allow the developer to make changes on your hardware, once you accept the Java setup window should pop up and look like this.
- Click install once this window pops up and you should see a loading bar pop up.
- Once the loading bar completes you should see a window notifying you of a successful installation.
- You now have the latest version of Java available for windows.
